(1) The PSA24 police user satisfaction indicator (baseline year ending March 2008) is a national target. The PSA24 target for police user satisfaction will be met if there is a statistical significant increase (at the 5% significance level) in the percentage of satisfied responses.
(2) Police user satisfaction data is collected at police force level. The data presented for London LCJB corresponds to the Metropolitan Police Service area and excludes City of London Police.
(3) Whilst it is possible to disaggregate the data at the local level there are no performance targets/measures for LCJBs this PSA period. The data presented at the LCJB level are for information only.
(4) Data shown as available at 30/08/2009
(5) Data is available on annual basis and will be updated after the end of the financial year.
* denotes a statistically change at the 5% significance level since the CJS baseline. This analysis is only applied to data for the year ending March 2009 or later, since previous data periods overlap with the baseline data period.
