How to complain
The Wiltshire Criminal Justice Board (WCJB) brings together all of the county's criminal justice agencies to reduce crime and improve justice locally.
Our vision is to work with the Wiltshire public to keep communities safe and satisfied with its Criminal Justice System in the way agencies work together and reduce offending.
The WCJB is not in a position to investigate complaints against individual agencies or members of their staff.
However, we can advise you of who to contact if you feel unhappy about the level of service you have received from the Criminal Justice System locally.
All agencies aim to deal with complaints sensitively, fairly and in confidence.
