Board support team

The Wiltshire Criminal Justice Board is supported by a team, based at the Court Mills office of Wiltshire Council in Trowbridge.

Their work covers many business areas including: communications and community engagement; performance management; performance improvement and project management/business change.

The team covers the whole of the Wiltshire and Swindon area and has a huge network of partners including the judiciary, community safety partnerships, Government Office for the South West, defence lawyers, community groups and the third sector.
 

Yvonne Maunder,
Business Support Manager/Performance Officer to the Board


Yvonne has worked for many years in the public sector. 
Initially she worked for Wiltshire County Council as an administrator before becoming the Senior Administrative Officer in a Wiltshire comprehensive school. 
She joined the Wiltshire Magistrates’ Courts Service as a Court Manager in 1993, obtaining a Diploma in Management Studies in 1997. 
In 1999 she was appointed as the Assistant Director of Support Services responsible for performance and operational issues across Wiltshire’s Magistrates’ Courts. 
She became Board Support Manager in April 2006.
Yvonne's interests include walking, travel and reading.

David Clark,
Project Manager to the Board

David has a commercial background from retail and banking, widely centered on project work.
Over the last 10 years this has ranged from new branch acquisitions to change management training.
Before joining the Wiltshire Criminal Justice Board he spent nearly four years at Barclays Bank starting as Branch Manager and moving on to Network Manager.
During this time gaining further experience of project work, with the £4m Swindon branch redevelopment that opened in August 2009 being a major highlight.
His interests include scuba diving and providing entertainment for his two young children.


Chloe Boyce,
Communications Officer to the Board

Chloe is a former journalist who spent 14 years in a variety of roles on regional newspapers and national trade magazines.
She began her career in journalism as a reporter in Slough and Windsor, Berkshire, before becoming a senior reporter in Buckinghamshire and then a sub-editor in London.
Staying in design, Chloe spent three years working for the respected national titles Travel Trade Gazette and Retail Week.
She relocated to the South West in 2003 and returned to the local newspaper industry, taking on management roles at the Western Gazette and the Somerset Standard and Gazette.
Chloe joined the Wiltshire Criminal Justice Board's support team in May 2008.
Her interests include tennis, walking, photography, cycling, cinema and travel, as well as all things French.

Jenna Plummer
Administration Officer to the Board

Jenna has recently graduated from the University of the West of England where she undertook the Legal Practice Course.
Prior to this Jenna studied a four-year Law degree at Bournemouth University, graduating with a 2:2.
Her interest in the Criminal Justice System grew during her Law degree, leading her to gain experience working within the Police, CPS and defence solicitors.
Her interests include scuba diving, dancing and travel.
