20 Years Hard Labour
Equality and Diversity in the Dock
On Monday 30th June 2008 the Thames Valley Criminal Justice Board hosted the Garnett Foundation's production of 20 Years' Hard Labour by Amanda Osborne. The event was held at the Kassam Stadium in Oxford and opened by the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police, Sara Thornton.
The use of theatre as a catalyst for organisational change is powerful and a number of areas have used this approach to develop their thinking on diversity and other issues.
For those that attended the event at the Kassam we hope that you found it to be useful. We have set up an email address Employmentequality@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk to which you can send any thoughts or questions that have emerged as a result of seeing this production.
