The Board holds regular Board Meetings throughout the year, attended by all members (or nominated representatives), associate members and the Board's Support Team.

Additionally, we hold Consultative Events, at which representatives of the Criminal Justice Agencies and stakeholder organisations meet with the Board to help us draft our strategies.
The Board also has delivery sub-groups, each chaired by a Board member and meeting regularly to take forward particular strands of work:
- Performance - chaired by Sonia Crozier (Sussex Probation Area)
- Effective Case Management - chaired by Julia Eeles (Her Majesty's Courts Service) / Robert McCauley (Criminal Defence Service)
- Public Confidence - chaired by Sarah Jane Gallagher (Crown Prosecution Service)
- Victims & Witnesses - chaired by Russ Whitfield (Sussex Police)
- Offender Management - chaired by Sonia Crozia (Sussex Probation Area)
- Criminal Asset Recovery - chaired by Tim Thompson (Crown Prosecution Service)
- Specialist Domestic Violence Courts - chaired by Guy Pace (West Sussex County Council)
Other meetings will take place from time to time to support specific projects, pilots and initiatives.
