The Board holds regular Board Meetings throughout the year, attended by all members (or nominated representatives), associate members and the Board's Secretariat.

Remaining Board meetings for 2008:
- 18th September at 10.00 at Lewes Crown Court
- 18th November at 09.30 at Slaugham Manor
Additionally, twice a year we hold Consultative Events, at which representatives of the Criminal Justice Agencies and stakeholder organisations meet with the Board to help us draft our strategies.
The Board also has sub-groups, each chaired by a Board member and meeting regularly to take forward particular strands of work.
The sub-groups are:
- Performance
- Effective Case Management
- Public Reassurance
- Victims & Witnesses
- Enforcement
- Proceeds of Crime
Other meetings will take place from time to time to support specific projects, pilots and initiatives.
