Welcome to Surrey Criminal Justice Board

Surrey Criminal Justice Board plays a vital role in reducing crime and bringing more offenders to justice in Surrey. It is responsible for meeting the Government’s objectives for the criminal justice system (CJS) as well as the priorities of the local community.

The Board is made up of chief officers from the core CJS agencies who meet regularly and work together to deliver local improvements. The creation of the Board provides a more co-ordinated approach to tackling crime in our county. Together, we can concentrate on bringing more offenders to justice and on improving confidence in the CJS.
