Community Cashback

Community Cashback is a new scheme in England and Wales which gives local people a say in how £4million of recovered criminal assets (for example confiscated cash or property) should be spent in their communities.
Criminal assets could be cash, property or anything else of value confiscated from a criminal.
The new Community Cashback gives the public a say in how recovered criminal assets should be spent to improve their local area.
In 2009 we asked you to suggest projects that you wanted to see happening in your area, here in suffolk we picked eight projects chosen by you and made them happen around the county.
In this section you can find out about all the projects in your local area and how much money they recieved.

It is expected that Community Cashback will now be taking place in 2010 however an announcement on when is expected soon. We will notify you as soon as possible here!
