Who's involved?
At a local level Community Justice is being driven forward by a partnership involving the court, the judiciary, criminal justice agencies, the local authority, the wider voluntary sector and the local community. Nationally, the Community Justice Programme is led by the Ministry of Justice and overseen by a Programme Board which includes representatives from the key criminal justice agencies, Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit, the Home Office, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Respect Task Force, Youth Justice Board, Department for Communities and Local Government and the Judiciary.
