  • Crimestoppers

    Crimestoppers is the only UK charity which helps solve crime, and retains the anonymity of callers. The Northamptonshire Crimestoppers Board draws together key people from business, media and the community to lead and develop the work of Crimestoppers specifically in this county.
    • In Northamptonshire, Crimestoppers has helped lead to the arrest of more than 250 people in the county since the charity was established 17 years ago
    • Between April and August 2005, more than 150 people called Crimestoppers to pass on information about crime or criminals in Northamptonshire. A number of these calls provided such good information that, coupled with investigative police work, they led to six separate arrests for drug and other offences, and the recovery of drugs, firearms and bladed weapons.
