Bully Busters is an Anti Bullying Helpline that was launched at the beginning of September to provide support for victims of bullying and their families. The website has some really good tips on what to do if you are being bullied.

It also has advice on lots of things, such as eating problems, exam stress, bullying and many more important issues for you.

If you have been attacked, bullied, had something stolen or seen a crime happening, you may be able to cope - or you may feel angry, frightened, upset or guilty. Some young people worry that others might blame them for what happened or for not being careful enough. You don't have to report the crime to the police to contact Victim Support. That's up to you.
