Quantum Meetings
Quantum meetings are innovative meetings between the chief officers of the criminal justice agencies and their senior operational managers. They jointly discuss best practice and decide how to continuously drive up performance and respond to changes in the criminal justice landscape.
Local Delivery Boards
Merseyside Criminal Justice Board work is divided into the following areas for the purposes of dealing with localised issues and delivering a more prioritised and strategic criminal justice service, the local delivery boards are:

- Knowsley & St. Helens
- Sefton
- Wirral
- Crown Court
