The Diamond Initiative - announced 16 July 2008
London Probation and the Metropolitan Police Service are working as part of the London Criminal Justice Board and in partnership with Local Authorities to deliver an innovative and ambitious project to break the cycle of re-offending.

London CJB Strategic Plan 2008-11 and Business Plan 2008-09
Our Strategic Plan 2008-2011 sets out priorities for the next three years on how London criminal justice agencies (police, prosecution services, courts, probation, prisons, youth justice services) working with Victim Support and the Legal Services Commission will bring offenders to justice, improve confidence in the criminal justice service (CJS) and meet the needs of victims. Our Business Plan 2008-2009 sets out the Board’s work programme and targets for the current financial year.
