LCJB Performance Review
The Board will introduce a new structure for scrutinising their joint performance. This will ensure that senior managers from each of the Criminal Justice agencies work collectively to improve the services that they deliver. It will also ensure that the projects being commissioned by the Board actually make a difference to how the Criminal Justice System works.
Video Evidence Presentation in Court
Criminal cases often involve complex evidence that can be time consuming to present and difficult for Jurors to understand. The aim of this project is to explore ways in which evidence could be prepared and presented that will be more easily understood and might lead to trials being completed more quickly.
