Aims and Priorities

Since the Board was set up, more offences have been brought to justice and the likelihood of becoming a victim of crime in Lancashire has been reduced. In addition, the support to victims and witnesses coming to court has been stepped up.

But the LCJB recognises that there is much to be done.

The Board has broadened its membership to include other services and bodies – such as the NHS and the Strategic Crime Reduction Board – who have a key part to play in delivering future improvements.
