CJS staff information

Maidstone Mela 2008, volunteers needed!

The KCJB will be holding a stand at this year's Maidstone Mela on September 14.  We are looking for Criminal Justice Staff members to help out on the day and engage with the public.  This is a great way to meet some of the people who come into contact with the system and help boost public confidence.

Any amount of time that you are willing to spare would be appreciated.  If you can help then please contact the support team for more information at KCJB.enq@kent.pnn.police.uk

All expenses will be covered and overtime is available.

Simple, Speedy, Summary Justice

The KCJB has produced a staff newsletter highlighting the areas of CJSSS that have been a success.  CJSSS is designed to make justice faster, more efficient and more effective.  This has resulted in a reduction in trial delays and a reduction in the time taken from charge to sentence.
