Greater Manchester Integrated Offender Management Toolkit
The Spotlight project team have produced a toolkit for the implementation of an integrated offender management programme within a CDRP district. It documents the key principles and elements of the Spotlight Programme, the steps required to develop a consistent strategy and operational model and includes examples of good practice from the implementation of Spotlight across Greater Manchester.
