Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS)
The Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) allows organisations and their employees (such as street wardens, park rangers and security staff) to be given targeted police powers to deal with incidents such as anti-social behaviour, disorder and nuisance.

Managing repeat offenders who cause the most disruption and damage to local communities.
Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA)
Managing the risks posed by violent and sexual offenders

End-to-end management of offenders who commit the most crime and/or do most harm to their communities.
Brought to justice
Adults given custodial sentences of two years or more at a Crown Court in Essex will have their name, photograph and details of the crime they committed published on the Essex Police website. To see who, click 'Brought to Justice'.
Community Cashback
Communities benefit from cashback from criminals.
Under the Government’s ‘Community Cashback’ scheme, communities in Essex are benefitting from four worthwhile projects funded by seized criminal assets.
