Inter-agency Job Shadowing
Essex Criminal Justice Board has launched an initiative encouraging staff to shadow colleagues in other criminal justice agencies, which will increase cross agency communication, develop relationships and further increase staff confidence within the criminal justice system.

If you are interested in job shadowing please discuss with your line manager before applying. Once you have clearance from your line manager please complete the attached job shadowing application form @ Annex A of the guidance and pass onto your agency’s co-ordinator.
