Behind Bars
The Behind Bars campaign is a partnership between Dorset's Crown Prosecution Service and Dorset Police to inform the public of the latest prison sentences issued to offenders in Dorset.
A prison sentence is just one of a number of sentencing options available to the courts to issue to offenders. The type of sentence issued to an offender by the courts will depend on the nature of the offence(s) committed.
Dorset's criminal justice system works together to bring offenders to justice.
