Devon and Cornwall Criminal Justice Board
The Devon and Cornwall Local Criminal Justice Board was established in April 2003, and brings together the chief officers of the six key agencies involved in the criminal justice process in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly: Devon & Cornwall Constabulary; Crown Prosecution Service, Devon & Cornwall area (CPS); Her Majesty’s Courts Service, Devon & Cornwall area (HMCS); Devon & Cornwall Probation Area (DCPA); Youth Offending Teams (Cornwall, Devon, Plymouth & Torbay); and, HM Prison Service (Dartmoor, Exeter & Channings Wood).

- Community Cashback update: Guidance has not yet been received for Community Cashback in 2010. An update will appear here as soon as this guidance is released.
