Derbyshire Criminal Justice Board's primary aim is to increase the public's trust and confidence in the Criminal Justice System across communities in Derbyshire.
As part of this process, we want to understand what you think about the Criminal Justice System locally, hear your opinions on the work that we do in Derbyshire, as well as your ideas and suggestions for the future.

The Criminal Justice System is one of the major public services in the country and includes the Police, the Crown Prosecution Service, Her Majesty's Courts Service, Her Majesty's Prison Service, the Probation Service and the Youth Offending Service. These services also work closely with Victim Support, the Legal Services Commission and Community Safety Partnerships. Together, they reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, deliver the criminal justice process and support victims and witnesses of crime.
