Derbyshire Criminal Justice Board's primary aim is to increase the public's trust and confidence in the Criminal Justice Systam across communities in Derbyshire.
As part of this process, we want to understand what you think about the Criminal Justice System locally, hear your opinions on the work that we do in Derbyshire, as well as your ideas and suggestions for the future.

The Criminal Justice System is one of the major public services in the country and includes the Police, the Crown Prosecution Service, HM Courts Service, HM Prison Service, Derbyshire Probation Area, the Youth Offending Service, Victim Support and the Legal Services Commission, who work together to deliver the criminal justice process and support to victims and witnesses of crime.
