3. Addressing disproportionality within the CJS - what has Derbyshire Criminal Justice Board achieved so far?

• A multi-agency group has been created;
• Due to receive some ethnicity data from the Office for Criminal Justice Reform covering the entire CJS. This will help identify whether or not there is disproportionality at different stages of the criminal justice process and help understand the causes of racial disproportionality in the Criminal Justice System.
