Have your say in how criminals' cash is spent

Over 1500 people in Cheshire, Halton and Warrington 'had their say' on how millions of pounds seized from criminals should be spent on community projects.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a project for Community Cashback and to those of you who nominated your favourites. The scheme has now closed within Cheshire Criminal Justice Board area.

Cheshire received in the region of 60 projects for this scheme with 34 being approved by the LCJB panel. Eleven projects were approved by OCJR and these projects have now received their funding. A list of these projects can be viewed by clicking on the above blue Community Cashback link.

We hope to provide some updates on how all the projects are progressing and how they are benefitting the communities in which they are located - so keep checking this page for more information.
